Shilo Hargrave graduated from Bastyr University with a masters of science in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She also completed an internship in China at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. In China she studied both acupuncture and herbal medicine. She is a NCCAOM licensed acupuncturist.

The focus of her practice is chronic disease, geriatriacs and gynecology. This includes but is not limited to arthritis, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS, fibromyalgia and HIV. She also enjoys energy work including Reiki and Cranial Sacral.
